DIY Green Tea Overnight Face Mask for Glowing Skin

This DIY green tea overnight mask allows you to get radiant skin while you sleep! Inspired by Korean skin care, this simple formula can brighten your skin overnight. It is rich in antioxidants in green tea, which help repair the skin while relieving redness or irritation.

Last year, I shared one of my favorite Natural Face Products products on my blog — a moisturizing mask all night long. That is still my favorite and has earned a permanent place in the DIY skin care products I collect.

The mask is also one of the recipes I read most often, so if you have tried it, I hope you like it too!

But since sharing the post, the surge of skin problems (probably due to the introduction of retinol in my skin care routine) prompted me to create a new variant of this recipe.

To cure the redness and hypersensitivity I experienced, I cut out skin care products and added soothing and anti-inflammatory green tea to my night mask.

It turns out this addition is very beneficial for my skin, so I would also like to share a new recipe with you.

If you like antioxidant skin care products and the taste of green tea, you will definitely love this DIY green tea night mask.

No matter what name is used, the goal is to keep the skin hydrated throughout the night.

Some overnight masks also provide other benefits, such as antioxidants or active ingredients such as vitamin A. However, the main purpose of an overnight mask is to form a moisture moisturizer with other skin care products.

This new green tea mask can not only moisturize. It has all the moisturizing properties of yesterday’s moisturizing mask, but also has antioxidant and repair properties to help you get your skin glowing.

DIY face wash vs homemade face wash

In this article, we will briefly understand why it is important to clean the skin with a gentle and gentle cleanser. Then explore some DIY face wash formulas.

Why is face wash so important?

One of the main reasons is that when we clean our face, we do not just remove dirt and makeup residue. We also involve the outer layer of the skin, which protects us from harmful organisms and retains moisture in the body.

By washing the face in the "wrong" way, we can easily damage the outer layer of the skin and cause many problems on our skin: dryness, excessive sensitivity, damage, flaking spots, redness, inflammation and even skin diseases.

Facial cleanser vs cleanser

Many people use interchangeable words, but there are differences between the two.

Wash your face cleaner than regular soap. It is designed to cleanse your face deeply (sometimes too deep). These are mainly foam materials (however, you can find non-foam materials, they are preferred).

Facial cleanser can be used to remove makeup and other debris. Sometimes, you don't even wash your face after cleaning your face (but I will not wash my face myself). Cleansers are usually lightweight, full of moisturizing ingredients, and softer on the skin.

More and more appliances  Natural Face Products  in the modern cosmetics industry need to use face wash, non-foaming face wash and missile water instead of face wash.

You can still find face wash in the store. This is because there are still a number of people, especially those with oily skin, who are looking for the effect of this "creeping cleanser". As long as there is demand, the product will be produced.

However, I urge you to educate yourself about some of the ingredients and how they affect our skin. This way, you will be able to make the right purchase.
